For as long as I can remember I’ve had a camera in hand. From filming family holidays aged 9, to shooting bike trips & travels with friends in my teens. I’ve had an urge to be able to capture and share all these experiences for so much of my life.  Travel and adventure have been hard wired into my life since a young age. With both of these, naturally comes wanting to be able to share with people what you do & see. Most of the time, words just don’t cut it.

In 2010 I was 14. I helped a friend shoot a wedding because I had a camera and he knew I filmed bikes. Little did I know this would be the first of many and the beginning of a big learning curve, which would somewhat shape my life over the next 9 years.  I want to talk about the journey from working locally, for free in West Wales, to shooting across Europe & further for a variety of clients for a fee that I’m happy with.

Along with location & pricing, my style has also undergone huge change. I want to explain why I’ve adopted certain techniques & workflows. From the way in which I work on the day, to piecing together an edit from scratch.

Most of all I want to offer an insight into why I don’t solely shoot weddings. I’ll go through my other work, from shooting with international airlines, bike & car brands. As well as travel & documentary work, too.

For me it’s about balance (in work & life) & staying fresh in everything I do. Hopefully I can help you do the same.
